Great customer service! (Just like Amazon)
Shubham helped us greatly by providing the solution to a problem we had for several hours, it was an urgent problem and he solved it immediatly in just a couple of minutes, saving us hours, thanks a lot again!

Just Call Pop-ups not working
Nabeel was extremely helpful and was patient and efficient with resolving our issue of not-being able to answer calls due to pop-ups not working. We had previously waited 3 weeks and still this hadn't been resolved (mostly due to the use of AI rather than being able to speak to someone). Having an online meeting with Nabeel and him talking us through how to resolve this was invaluable.

Chrome extension not working
We had an issue outstanding for 2-3 weeks and kept going backwards and forwards online, trying different things as directed by numerous support analysts. I was about to look for another call provider as I was over this issue when Nabeel called us. He guided my colleague and me through installing a fix in less than 5 minutes. Fantastic service from Nabeel. He provided clear, friendly instructions. Why couldn’t we just get Nabeel on the phone 3 weeks ago!!!

Great support from Sujay!
I needed some assistance on setting up my routing settings for our AI Agent and I contacted the chat Support. Sujay booked me in for a call the same day and figured out the issue in my settings and fixed it all for me. He was very polite and I really appreciated the help he provided.
