Not Recommended Few days back I signed up on justcall.io and added my credit card because it was necessary to sign up. I was looking for a service that I haven’t found on this website. Now, I came to know that justcall.io has charged my credit card for $60, even though I haven't bought anything and not even using any service from this website. I have already disputed this payment with my bank and they said I should first communicate with them. I don't know why they charged my card. I have communicated with them via live chat and have sent an email on help @ justcall.io. Person on live chat was saying that I have subscribed to the standard plan. I don't even know about their services and haven't used any of their services. I am requesting my money back. It is a scam. It is 100% fraud. I got an email from trust pilot to add some extra information, unfortunately I saw the email when dead line passed, so I am editing this message. My email address is support @ applyturkey-evisa.com Latest is I communicated with their live chat and the representative told me that they have deleted my account and they will refund my full money in 12 days. Now I am waiting for my refund.

They suddenly made it mandatory to have minimum 2 seats to they doubled what they were charging us without any previous warning and they refuse to give us a refund. This company is not reliable. Go elsewhere.

We subscribed for the 14-day free trial and in the end decided that the platform was not for us - that's perfectly fine, no big deal. So we proceeded to cancel the trial before the subscription would start. This was all back in June/July. However, we have now noticed that we have been charged 4x USD 30 over 4 months. We haven't noticed this sooner as no confirmation of the subscription, invoice, receipt, or monthly statement of fees was ever sent to our email address. We then reached out to the customer service to have this all sorted out and get a refund for this service that we have never used outside of the free trial and never subscribed for... They claim that "a refund is not possible in such cases. All the charges that get applied, emails are sent out"... but no communication has ever been sent to us! And it's easy to check that we didn't use the services after cancelling the free trial. Incompetence or bad faith? Either way, horrible customer experience. 100% don't recommend! Update from 15/11/2022: despite the assurance that the team wants to help us resolve this, there's been no news since I sumbitted our subscription info through Trustpilot...

Just Call is billing me an extra $50.00 per month without approval or authorization. Service is not worth the price. They have terrible customer service. System rarely works.

Set up the account on a Friday. The account was never set up on there end. They had no service providers. They sent an email saying they needed information to set up the account: three questions like how many users and what will you use it for. THEN NOTHING three days later, no account, no representatives nothings. We have emailed them, used their online chat, which no one responds to. They do not warn you that there is any set up on their end that requires days All my company wanted was a phone number set up for use. To this day we have heard nothing from them. I can't even get in to cancel my account and recurring monthly billing because no account is activated on their end yet.

They charged me after I canceled and won't answer any of my emails asking for them to refund it.

I've tried to use it for several weeks but it simply didn't work! Spent a lot of time with the support team in an attempt to resolve the issues but with no success. Eventually, switched to another app which is working fine. What's most disappointing is that they refuse to credit my CC with the remaining balance!

I cancelled my free trial and they still continued charging my account. It’s been two months in a row and all they keep saying when I write them is that they will “loop someone from customer service” who never actually gets it resolved. I feel robbed. AVOID THEM!
