Hi, We regret that you had to go through this problem. I understand how frustrating it must have been for you. This isn't the quality of service we aim to provide. Our free trial is for 14 days and we send every user an email reminder email that states the free trial is about to end and will be automatically placed on our standard monthly paid plan from the very next day if not canceled. Hi Bertrand, Our agents were clear and did inform you about the Trial period and Subscription terms. We have clearly stated in our terms that users who haven't canceled the free trial will automatically be added to our standard plans. The above terms were also reminded through an email and Live chat by our Agents. As soon as you raised a cancelation request, the team has taken it. We have raised a refund request too which was again communicated through an email. Thank you
