Just BlindsReviews of justblinds.com

Received my order today and have them installed. Everything I expected for fit and function. Easy installation. Color section was great, color selected is perfect. Definitely would order from them again

One of the little handles on the blinds broke, so navigated to the website to find a replacement part, only to discover they don't make it easy. Not only is there no way to find replacement parts on the website, the only option is to call. Early on a saturday morning I called..and waited. it said 15 minutes, but after 45 minutes i was finally able to talk to someone. they say it is a busy season, but shouldn't staffing take that into consideration? shouldn't small fragile parts be easier to replace?

The entire experience was terrible. I am in the process of placing blinds on windows in my new home. I decided to give Just Blinds a try on a single blind before committing to a larger order. I placed the order on 12/29/24, and didn't receive the blind until 1/21/25. There was nothing custom about the order; it was a stock material. When the blind arrived, it was 1/2" too short. It didn't even reach the mounting brackets. I immediately called Customer Service and spoke to Morgan Crawford. After reviewing the issue with me, she sent me her email address and asked that I snap pics of the roller with a tape measure to show the dimensions. I did so immediately. I've never heard back to this day. I emailed her on 1/24 to ask about status. No response. I emailed again on 1/26 to say that I expected a response and resolution within 72 hours. Again, nothing. So, I have a blind that doesn't fit my window. I have disputed the credit card charge and will be taking my business elsewhere. I should have read the reviews here before placing the order! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered blinds and everything went well and no they no longer stay up. I have been calling customer service for almost 6 months. They continue to have me troubleshoot. I paid for warranty but they refuse to replace.

I have recently installed a set of blinds from justblinds.com that are warping if near any vent. This happened within a week and a half. When placing a warranty claim, they said they have never experienced this issue which I am sure is not the truth since mine are consistently doing the same thing. I am on perpetual hold for the third time trying to cancel a follow-on order with the same resistance as when I tried to do the warranty claim.

We ordered several times from Just Blinds. Very happy with our purchase. Thank you.

I ordered 3 roller blinds 11/23. I installed in rental. They were barely used yet all 3 do not retract. I called "Customer Service" 5 or 6 times only to get endless loop voice mail. Spoke to sales 3 times to get a warm body answer, they all sent me to the same voicemail. Zero response. I would not buy anything from them after this experience!

We worked with Brent to do a small project. He was not only professional but took the time to explain all cost -effective options and provide guidance based on our needs. He was a pleasure to work with and the result is above and beyond what we could have imagined. Highly recommend their service.
