If I could give zero stars I would. Faulty cheap product. Every time we tried to return a failed product they offered us a new warranty and another faulty product. We were sent a replacement that failed. Customer service was a nightmare. They do NOT issue refunds. My next step is the better business bureau.

I initially ordered vertical blinds on 7/30/26 and the first 111 inch rail arrived cracked. After waiting nearly 3 weeks for a replacement, the second rail arrived on or about 9/10/26. When I was assembling them on 9/19/26, I discovered several of the slats were sitting crooked. I submitted photos to customer service that same day, and both representatives I spoke with acknowledged the issue. ​I spoke with another representative on 9/22/26, and she told me that the only thing they could offer is a remake or I could choose a different product. I've already given this company two chances to send me blinds that are actually functional and they failed both times. Never again.

Justblinds.com could more aptly be called justjunk for the poor quality of their blinds, just go away, for their abysmal, incompetent customer service, and just scammed for not receiving the remade blind that was confirmed and promised to you. Worst company ever. Take your business elsewhere. And, if you do buy, keep detailed, precise accurate records including when/who you spoke to, emails and all other correspondence, just as you would with any business transaction.

I went to the JustBlinds website to see how to install cellular shades. Two photos mentioned were not there. I called the 800 number & she basically said, 'Too bad.' I will not order from any company that treats potential customers like that.

I ordered blinds from justblinds.com. they sent me a blind that has 5/16 gap. When I finally got input from them theyvrefused to deal with it, just copping out. This is very unacceptable to me. I will never again order from them.

I bought two horizontal cordleess blinds for my sliding doors in November 2021. Compared with other brands, they were pricey. By 2024 one od wands started failing, by 2025 stopped working. By 2026 the magnetic system stopped working and the blinds collapsed to the floor. The almost $400.00 blind must be replaced. A total disappointment 😪

Customer service initially seemed accommodating, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, once I explained the issue and provided photos comparing the blind they sent to the 16 blinds already installed in my home, they refused to acknowledge that the product had been misrepresented. The blind I received has a large header and a beaded cord loop, both of which are completely different from my existing blinds and were never clearly disclosed during the ordering process. Had I known, I would have ordered a different product. Despite providing clear photo comparisons, they continue to state this is not their mistake and will not issue a refund. Very disappointing experience and poor resolution for a 10 year loyal customer.

Owned their blinds for a little over a year, haven’t really touched them much and the mechanism that helps pull up the blinds is already broken. These are extremely poor quality, go elsewhere.
