Who is JunkCar Medics? I received a quote via email with NO followup calls so I tried to call them. Every number listed for them (and I found a few) went to a company called Peddler. No one I called could transfer me to the person that gave me the quote and they all had difference quotes. Sounds fishy to me. In the meantime another company won by business.

Junkcarmedics got back to me quickly. They gave me an offer and we accepted. In a couple of days I received email to say who would be picking up car and bringing us a check. Thank so much.

Great communication, fast service, friendly, and overall great experience, would recommend to everyone.

Said Coparts would be out 10/22 and it’s 10/25 and all but excuses. Still waiting for the call.

Obviously as expected customer service was a bit rough around the edges but ok

THE driver was patient and nice. He called before he arrived and was able to tell me his location and time of arrival.

JCM was a portal to a company called Peddle LLC, who were the actual ones who did the liaison/pricing/proposal/sale, etc. From an overall perspective: I was proposed a fair price (considering), the sale went through and my car got picked up - all great things. the reason I dropped one star is several fold: 1) Peddle need you to sign your title over without filling in any other details - uneasy feeling for the buyer. 2) You will only get a bill of sale / receipt to prove the car was sold once they do their paperwork. For me, this happened within a day (my car was picked up at 7:30am and it came through around 12:30pm) but for others it can be longer. You cannot help but feel uneasy with not being able to fill out the liability release without the bill of sale, crossing your fingers this will come through asap. 3) They paid me by check - further uneasy feeling 4) The check they issued is an EFS check, which requires an authorization code before it will be honored, The auth code has a short expiry time, meaning you should cash it via a teller (not ATM or mobile app), who needs to call the number (on the check) at the time of cashing. When I did this at my bank, the teller had to hold for 10 mins on the EFS line to get the code, during which I crossed fingers, toes, legs and arms hoping everything would go through ok. It did, but that wasn't good to go through. Overall - I got a fair price for my car, I have my money, and I got a bill of sale. It worked for me, but your mileage may vary depending on how stressed you get in hoping everything works out with the sales process. I would have given 5 stars if: 1) the payment was cash 2) I got a bill of sale immediately after releasing the car so I could complete the release of liability with the DMV asap 3) I could fill in the owner details on the title at the time of release I would have dropped 2 stars, but counter weighing the above with the fact that this is a service where you can get your car off your hands in a quick, convenient way, I give it 4 stars overall.

Quick and easy! I was nervous at first and kept thinking it was a scam but it's 100% legitimate! I highly recommend this company
