Don't get me wrong, no one's going broke over $50, but it's the principle. JCM gave me a quote, but when I went through the process of accepting it, I was routed to Peddle - who couldn't access the quote and offered me less. Received emails from JCM acknowledging a system issue and asking me to retry the "accept offer" link, only to be stonewalled before completion and directed to call ... Peddle. My interaction with Peddle was seamless and my car was picked up and I was paid without incident, but I found JCM to be questionable at best.

I tried to sell my car to Junk Car Medics online. Once it provided an online offer of $815 for my 2012 Dodge Rogue the button to click to accept the offer would not work. I was instructed to call their 800 number which I did. I spoke with a woman with such a foreign accent that I could barely understand one word she said. She repeated all the same questions I had answered online and then gave me a totally different offer nearly $200 lower than the online offer. I explained to her that the car had been sitting and could not be driven so the battery might need jumping off. At that point she lowered the price over another $100 at which time I told her I would not be selling the car to them but would instead be selling it locally. I then receive an email from Peddle wanting me to set up a time gor Peddle to pick up a car I never offered her o sell them. I went onto Peddle's site and via chat told them I was not selling to them today or any other day. What a joke!!

I have not had a great experience. To start off none of the actual transaction is done through JunkCarMedics. It’s fine through a different company called Peddle. The day before, I setup my pickup for 11am-3pm the next day. The next day came and I never received any kind of call from the carrier. When I called Peddle for an update, they told me that they didn’t even show that I been assigned a carrier (even though I had a confirmation text). After calling the carrier company I found out that the request was canceled 10 minutes after I had scheduled it the day prior.

Pretty much I was offered 487 dollars and ended up getting 100. Plus came weeks down the road to get it other then that. Everything was good

Decent offer for car. Confused about the relationship between JunkCarMedics and Peddle. Terrible experience getting in touch with a contracted towing company. No one responded at first company after a day and a half. Needed to get car off of mechanic's lot quickly. Called to be connected with a different towing company, and no one answered at that company either. Ultimately cancelled the service and went with a competing salvage company.

I tried to get a quote but insisted my email was incorrect. So I left the site.

I was very 😞 disappointed.They offered me an amount I was happy to accept and I was paid way below what I was expecting.The car had all its parts nothing was missing..

The tow guy make me an unreasonable offer after someone else gave me an estimate before on line. Original offer was $400 - 500 The tow guy offer $175.,at the end we make a deal for $300.. got no choice
