The process was easy and convenient. But the driver paid me less than the online offer. He said the vehicle had an aftermarket catalytic converter and that’s not true. It was never replaced. That was disappointing so I probably wouldn’t use this company for my Buick.

We had a quote for how much would be paid. Once the tow truck arrived, the "quoted" price was reduced by $90. Not a good business practice and not what was expected.

I was offered a price online but when they came to pick up the they tried to negotiate for 2/3 of the price. It felt like they were trying to hustle me as the car was in good condition as stated online.

only because I dropped the ball & still have my car!

I tried to submit information but got an invalid email address notice when doing so and it wouldn’t go through . I used my valid email address and tried numerous times .???????

Customer service was professional, I was paid what I was quoted, very easy process and the tow truck driver was very friendly and curtious. However, there was a few scheduling issues. Seems like junkmedics didn’t communicate well with the drivers. I was told a tow truck would be picking my vehicle up between 8am -12 pm on my scheduled day. I called a few times and was told the driver had some issues with his trucks But was coming. which was understood, he finally called that night said he would be here around 9:30 pm. The driver wasn’t aware of the 8-12 schedule but he was understanding since my kids would be asleep at that time he did schedule to come the next day. He was punctual that day &Very friendly. Thank you

Obviously as expected customer service was a bit rough around the edges but ok
