The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there were 3 hand-offs from Junk Car Medics to Nationwide, Peddle and the Towing Company. Many hours wasted. I wasted a few days texting, emailing and calling back and forth just to get the buyer information so I could fill out the title and get it notarized in order to be able to hand the vehicle off in time for the scheduled picked. This all caused me 2 trips to the notary in the same day because the promised information wasn’t sent in an email of Instructions on how to fill the title out. The most frustrating part was that no one at the buyer would pick up the phone so I had keep speak with Peddle to finally get the information I needed, I initially called Peddle, but they wouldn’t buy the car and THEN, Peddle was involved all way to the end anyway!!! When the towing service got here and saw the condition of the vehicle they were surprise and said we could have gotten about $800 at a parts junkyard dues it’s great condition.

It was quick and easy. The only suggestion is to have your tow companies give a specific time of pick up.

The website was easy to use and put in the information needed. I filled out the information late at night 11/29 and got the quote. Early the next day I received the call to schedule a pick up time and answer a few more questions. The people I spoke to over the phone were polite and patient with me due to not being able to hear them the best. I was able to get my car picked up 12/1. They worked around my work schedule and called 30 minutes before pick up. The pick up process was fast and easy. I handed over my signed title, they handed me the check and off my car went.

They gave fair price. Process was easy never had to leave house. Only complaint is the people who picked up car couldn't seem to get organized with what time they were coming. Also told them like 3 times I didn't have cash app. When they came to house they asked me if I took cash app. But overall a painless operation. I would not make plans for the day you schedule a pickup that's all.

I got three quotes (different places) and they were all identical (I think they all use Peddle). However, if you are comparing quotes, and they expire, when you go back again you should expect the new quote to be lower. Had this happen twice, lower by the exact same amount. They send a towing company to get your car. The tow operator does not know anything except to pick up the car !!. The tow operator will not sign anything, so if your title has a place for the buyer to sign, the best you can do is to write-in the name of the company that is on the check. If you notify the state online, then the company name and address is what they want. The finicky MN state site won't let you add any other information, like that it was junked. It will refuse to accept the report until you get the address into something that they can find in their database.

They were fast and quick on time good communication over phone and driver get the job done fast q few pictures and then BOOM get paid on the spot everybody wins get place of business plus every professional.

The service was good but I didn’t like the fact that they took $145 off of my quote because the catalytic converter was stolen off my car. But other then that I liked the service.

The whole experience from start to end was a pleasant one; called got a quote Scheduled pick up time was paid the quoted price; while they were picking up my car: they gave me a quote on a second car and came back in 5 minutes with money. 2cars gone in less than half hour; money in hand with very friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone in need.
