No resolution

The process itself seems great. But execution is lacking. Scheduled pick up with carrier for yesterday morning. No call, no show. Finally called last night at 6:00, but was at the wrong address. I called them back this morning to see about them coming today. Was assured they would. It's now after 4:00. Still no call/no show. I would suggest finding someone else. They've still got an hour, but that's my plan.

I entered information about my car and received an offer very quickly. The pickup was arranged and I received a check on the spot. It was a decent price for the car, better than some other offers I received. Very satisfied with the experience.

Fast and convenient

Great service--it was nice not to have to get the car towed somewhere, and the price was better than I could have gotten other places.

Easy, fast & reliable. Great job!

Quick, easy, people that came were friendly.
