Very helpful and good service

I wasn’t advised car had to be IN the driveway. It was just off the driveway in the grass. Driver could not remove the car. I am still waiting for a follow up call to reschedule

Still have not heard back on when car will be picked up

They made the process very easy. They kept in communication with me the entire time. Everything was very fast and easy from the online process to assisting me with filling out the title all the way to the actual pick up. I definitely will use again if needed.

The process was seemless, easy and a good price was offered for my car. The only downside was how fast they were able to come pick up the car after we were able to talk about scheduling.

Customer service was professional, I was paid what I was quoted, very easy process and the tow truck driver was very friendly and curtious. However, there was a few scheduling issues. Seems like junkmedics didn’t communicate well with the drivers. I was told a tow truck would be picking my vehicle up between 8am -12 pm on my scheduled day. I called a few times and was told the driver had some issues with his trucks But was coming. which was understood, he finally called that night said he would be here around 9:30 pm. The driver wasn’t aware of the 8-12 schedule but he was understanding since my kids would be asleep at that time he did schedule to come the next day. He was punctual that day &Very friendly. Thank you

Offered more than what I expected. I was able to use that cash as a good downpayment on a new vehicle. They came on time to pick up my old vehicle, and it was gone within 20 mins or so.
