So easy. And I got a better deal!

Selling my old Explorer was simple and easy. I called JunkCarMedics, described the car, and got a quote. After accepting the offer, my Explorer was picked up by a very nice tow truck driver and I received my check.

I was a bit skeptical about this whole process, but I was wow’ed at how smooth everything went. The Towing company reached out they were very professional and answered questions I had. The amount I was given for my car was not what was expecting! They gave me more than I expected! I highly recommend.

They were very helpful, very quick, and very polite and respectful. This was just a great experience even tho I was sad to see my truck go, they were very thorough and quick. And when, at the last minute, I couldn't find my title, they were ready with a simple paper to fill out sign date give me cash in hand and they were gone truck in tow!

The service was good but I didn’t like the fact that they took $145 off of my quote because the catalytic converter was stolen off my car. But other then that I liked the service.

Car was picked up early in quoted time frame. Driver arrived and took some photos. Handed me my check for the exact amount offered. Will recommend to anyone I know looking to get rid of a junk car.
