The guys did a good job we’re only here about 30 minutes very nice so well mannered looked like they like to work

I had problems trying to convince pedal that my catalytic converters were still on the vehicle and after sending them pictures I sought a different place. Finding junk car medics with a higher price was very promising however I was only related back to peddle.com after dealing with pedal customer service and getting a different driver I still haven't gotten my car picked up and junk car medics never personally was coming to get my car I guess and the surrogate has refused to pick up my car also so I'm not very happy but that's as far as I'll go with my review.

The pickup individual was friendly and understanding.

We had a quote for how much would be paid. Once the tow truck arrived, the "quoted" price was reduced by $90. Not a good business practice and not what was expected.

It was fast and simple from calling them and getting a quote over the phone to them picking up the car and getting the money to me

JunkCarMedics were quick to respond, offered the best price, and communicated well regarding the pickup of my car. It was an easy transaction and they paid in cash. Would definitely use again.

My experience was great! Fast service, friendly people. My only complaint, I was told the driver would call me 30-60 minutes ahead of pickup. My car was at the shop, so that was going to be perfect. I did not get that call. The driver called when he was there, 45 minutes before my agreed upon window. I'm all for early, but I felt terrible that the driver had to then wait 45 minutes for the shop to open. That's my only complaint, and only because I felt terrible for the driver. The company itself is fantastic. Will recommend, will use again if ever needed.
