I've been playing JJ for over 6 years now more or less every day and I love it! The scenes are amazing and the attention to detail is outstanding really. I have never spent 1 penny in all the years of playing and I dont intend to either. It is totally possible to advance in the game without paying money. I live the memoirs although the amount of dejavu is frustrating sometimes but it's only a game right? I love june and Amelia and Jack and all the other characters aswell. The story is good and I enjoy seeing where june will go to next. STB is good and ads something new. I have noticed in the DL in the last year that our club doesnt get near 1st position anymore even though we are playing better than ever. Dont know the other teams manage to get such ridiculously high scores. I look forward to playing my game every day and I dont want it to end. Note to Wooga- please dont ever change JJ as it's perfect just the way it is. I love it!

Been playing for a while my team really plays we can't go forward.wooga puts those bobots in there and there score is really high its frustrating when we can't advance

Been playing for years, used to be entertaining now it’s Frustrating and buggy. Employees from Wooga play the Dl competitions around the clock. Game always seems to have issues in loading the game just conveniently when teams are on the last week of the DL. Their help is always the fault of the players. Our team players have decided to forgo the next DL, which will allow us to recoup our energy used. Other teams out there, play mindful and focus on the last week of the competition and watch the teams you are competing against. I guarantee it’s going to be pitched against you. Weekly competition tend to put M.E. Players against normal players which is also unfair. I like the side games STB and Secrets, but the new Detective side game stinks because in order to progress you have to give up hard earned DIAMONDS @ 25 and you have to buy extra energy, so we don’t participate as a team. Anyway this is just a game and like others it is a money grab ever since Playteka bought out Wooga to enforce a Pay-to-play. Keep your eyes open and play as you wish

I loved this game. It was fun. However, they charged my account for a purchase that I did not make. I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked again, stating I did not make a purchase, but they denied again. I would always support this game by making purchases when I was able to. However, they charged my card for a purchase that I did not make. Now, they are refusing to refund me. Sad, because I really liked it, but I cannot play this anymore, I no longer trust Wooga. They will take your money if you don't watch your account.

Playing this game has become very frustrating and is no longer enjoyable. Progress is extremely slow because I keep losing my connection. I have to attempt things 3 or 4 times before I am connected long enough to move forward. Although I keep losing my connection during play, I have noticed that the connection is never lost when I'm giving them my money.

June's Journey has created other games on it's app that I do not like playing. Due to the other games on June's Journey ....The app is Now taking up to much space on my cellphone. I can no longer PLAY the game. I have already unloaded several apps on my cellphone. I refuse to unload anything else.

I have been playing this game for over 4 years and at this point, I am dissatisfied with the gaming experience and the non-existent customer support. The idea behind the game is excellent. June is a lovable character and it is fun follow the story. The game mechanics, upgrades around the islands, continuous progress through chapters and scenes. However, the exploitation and over-dependence on annoying ads takes a joy from the game. Watching ads is pretty much necessary in order to progress through the game or to get rewards. Nonetheless, there just too many of them and the game plays only one ad, Royal Match. It appears all the time, every time I need to collect the reward. Open box, watch ad; hand over bush, watch the ad. This ad is buggy, up to 1 minute longs, and often does not close or the game does not recognize that it was watched, and will not grant the reward. In 30-45 minutes dedicated to the game play, about 10 minutes are taken away from watching the advertisement. The advertisement is integrated within the game mechanics, but the bugginess of the ads makes the game unplayable. Wooga is aware of this problem, but for one year has done nothing to address it. The feature 'Personalized Ads' does not work, since it feeds me with the same buggy advertisement - Royal Match - that cannot be escaped. Instead of playing the game, I am actually forced to watch Royal Match. Too many features were added into the game without addressing various bugs. The screen is now overloaded with icons on game revolving on decoration. I have currently six buttons on the left, seven on the bottom, multiple callout boxes to collect coins or powers, the announcement icon, the plane and bird icon. The game became a mess.

Good game, but the developer is the worst. Every update comes with problems. Latest one make the app crash every minute making it impossible to play. Contacted developer and guess what, it's my problem, and I should reinstall the app and hope for the best. I have been playing for 3 years and am not starting from the beginning. They are the most incompetent people on the planet
