Deposits and small plays were fine, but the second I requested a larger withdrawal Casino Junesjourney started demanding extra ID and proof I’d already given. Support kept repeating the same lines for days. It really felt selective. That’s the reason I gave AceBety.com a shot. The process stayed consistent and I didn’t get hit with last-minute document walls.

It goes so slow! And when Polly is in a scene, all they talk about is eating. Terrible for what’s supposed to be a clue. Really maddening.

JJ was interesting at first. Pretty graphics. The game is very addicting. It is too time-consuming. You need to spend at least an hour to play. I spend nearly two hours or more in a sitting. It's expensive to progress. The only opportunity to get flowers are in Mysteries where you sort of play as a team. There are too many updates to the game that don't result in better play for the player. Contacting support is a waste. Nothing changes. They respond days later and inform you that since they haven't heard from you while you waited for them to contact you, the ticket is closed. I decided to stop. JJ is an interesting hidden objects game, but it gets very expensive to get what you need to continue playing.

Support Team is very poor. I’m not sure if it is because it is primarily bot driven and therefore unable to move beyond programmed responses of if the company is not really interested. In my case, a software fault, which the company has acknowledged in writing, prevented me from making an action to collect rewards. The company has acknowledged that their software fault and no action of mine, was the problem. Yet they are denying the rewards on the grounds that I didn’t make the required action and have closed the issue

Update: Cheating is again rampant. Wooga has been reduced to a Studio. Playtika got rid of all safeguards for cheating,contacted a friend of mine that used to be in the know on the anti cheat system... "Well, i don't think Wooga cares at all. There's no one to deal with the cheaters anymore," cheating makes them money...its legalized gambling. My response was, Seriously? OH MY GOSH...My team and I just experienced a cheater team...😳. Do you fight fire with fire? Give me a hose. ✅️Expensive... been playing for many years. Have a team and am the president of that team. People are attempting to budget with what's not there as far as income to play and keep up.

Don't waste your time on JJ...The other reviews hit the hammer on the nail. Woogga is not interested in the game nor the users. It is a vehicle to support their advertisers. Before the acquistion, JJ was a fun and relaxing game. Since the acquistion, it has become a greedy organisation, destroying the pleasure of this game. Greed will be their downfall. Don't begin this game, you will regret it.

Horrible you purchase items they charge you twice. Then you don’t receive the rewards you earn and they do nothing to correct it don’t play this game

I enjoyed the game first. The basic idea is fun, nice graphics. However, all the side quests are a trap. Either pay to win or just endless drilling, and with lots of time pressure. Very addictive, and not in the positive sense. I recently quit and have so much more time now! I still play games to relax occasionally, but only ones where I can really choose the pace and intensity.
