June's Journey has become so lagged out of late making it near impossible to play your game without wanting to throw your iPad in a hissy fit like a 2 year old lol ! It was strange no other game on my iPad suffered from lag only JJ. To fix my lag issues I had deleted the game and reinstalled it only to discover I got sent back to the start! It sucked after playing this game for over 3 years reaching level 958, having put heaps of time, energy and money into JJ only to be kicked back to the very beginning was a kick in the guts! and all because I wasn't connected to FB feel this is a ridiculous rule in place in order to save your games progress, as not everyone has or uses FB. Also Wooga states if your not connected to FB you loose all progress sadly didn't see this rule till after I deleted the app but seriously it's BS!! Your basically screwed if you miss the fine print! I don't see any point by putting in a complaint because the outcome mostly swings in Wooga's favour, your fault!! I agree with others here, it is a fun game to play it's just a shame they have so many flaws in this app too many long winded adds and the introduction of buying tickets to skip the adds is a joke! Have to agree with others it is being ruined through greed! Maybe Wooga views it as "players come a dime a dozen so who cares if app is messed up, your loss. Game Over!! Player's beware!! write down your game ID number in case its needed to address complaints, Wish I knew all this before deleting my app!

If this game can’t improve, it should be closed down! It cuts out all the time, I certainly wouldn’t buy anything on this game, I wouldn’t be sure I could play long enough before it crashes and I lose my rewards. There are too many ads which continually crash . There is an offer to pay for ad free tokens but it could work out expensive if the game is always crashing. I have played this game for 4 years and up to now have enjoyed it as it is a good game, but now it is just frustrating. The problem is not at my end as any other game works perfectly. I wouldn’t recommend this game to anyone any more.

I keep getting kicked out of the game. Happens more when I’m watching ads. I’m losing energy. When I reached out, they suggested I reinstall. Really??? Ads have gotten ridiculous. I watch the ads then I get a circle going round & round. Waste of my time.

Letter to company: I need to fix my game !!! Hello, I am upset with your business practices, I always buy some memory card but 99% are deja vu . From 5 card I got 1 good one. I play this game for some years now and it seams you become very greedy. Also the name of items are incorrect, not correct English. There are more errors like that. However your business maybe growing, but reputation is declining. That very bad for your honesty.

Blaming the players device??? Too many reloads! Lost 40 energy just now! I play multiple games, this is the only one that I have to reload multiple times. Not worth the download! I waited 2 days to play because I couldn't advance . Not enough money to buy buildings or the building's take too long to build. Uninstalling! Thank you but no thank you, not fun!

Would be a good game if the ads actually worked.

I was playing this game for long. It becomes rediciouls, the adds becomes much more frequent and longer, it could go up to 46 or 48 seconds. They enforce you to buy stuffs otherwise impossible to get through. I am thinking to quit the game.

Website unstable. Crashing every few attempts at play. I believe it’s related to the ads. If they don’t run on your current Wi-Fi connection then the don’t run and you will lose you connection. Aren’t they making enough money?
