It goes so slow! And when Polly is in a scene, all they talk about is eating. Terrible for what’s supposed to be a clue. Really maddening.

I enjoy playing the game but the number of ads you need to watch and the length of some (especially bird sort) is frustrating

I love June journey, the game itself is amazing (would of put 5 stars), but customer service & constant crashing on app & technical issues with ads is so frustrating. On international woman's day, they offered a free prize....still have not received it! Really disappointed 😞

It's outrageous how they keep increasing the number of compasses needed to open a new territory. Where I'm at right now it's at 85. It's clear that you need to pay to keep playing the game in a productive way.

I enjoy the hidden object gameplay. I dislike the need to pay to play. It works best playing in teams, but in order to be a good team player, you need to purchase things to advance. If you don't, you'll be seen as a parasitic teammate with other members shouldering the weight to complete a task to advance ahead of other teams. There are too many things going on at once. There are too many pop-up messages when you are trying to hurry back to the cafe to collect a coffee. Contacting support is really a waste of time.

I've been playing this game for many years, now I can't play it since their last update I had to do , I cannot get into the game, and it's not my tablet because all my other games are working great. Why do they force you to do update and new versions and then you can't play ,I loved this game and have put a lot of time into it .

JJ can be fun. The creators put a lot of time and effort into the game, that is obvious. That being said, there are a lot of glitches with the game that they do not make up for. An example would be January 2025's seasonal set had issues when it was first released, some of the decorations took longer to make than what it showed and while they fixed it, for those who started making the decor before the fix were stuck waiting days for the items to complete. They did give a reward for it but I am sure many never saw it because they didn't make it well known, they stuck the announcement on their fb page, down on a thread. This wasn't cool and it was unprofessional. They charge a lot of real money for things, the least they could do when they mess up is make it right. I agree with a lot of other players, they seem to be greedy and it shows. They keep repeating theme's and they keep adding a ton of side games that in order to benefit fully from you have to pay or they make them impossible to win. Their support people are not the nicest and if you need help, they do not make you feel that you are really going to get the help you deserve. That is ridiculous for any game support to behave that way. I feel they try to listen to the player's by putting out survey's often but they still do things that I feel are greedy and it is clear they only care so much about the player's and I get it, they need to make money but they better be careful because people will find a new game if they can't keep up with what the player's expect.

I love the game and have been playing almost since it started but lately the rewards are getting smaller in the competitions and it is almost impossible to finish some of the challenges without spending real money. Come on guys you made a great game and it used to be fare play but you have become greedy I gave 5 stars before but 3 now because of the greed factor. please look at the rewards you give and also the time limits on the challenges, we want to play but many are leaving because it is almost impossible to complete some of the challenges in your time frame. We play fare how about you play fare with use instead of playing greedy bast@rds
