The guy Jim on the phone, was lazy, unprofessional, and bad people. Their services use lies a deception, their product idea is fine, but they can't hire the right people to make this company trustworthy and decent. Bad employees. Their app is stupid, is hard to book a tour in NYC. They are trying for you to gift them $20 with the application fee to then probably deliver nothing, or something extremely expensive. The app glitches and some can't pass the automatic verification process. I'm talking about my experience with the team of NYC. Their marketing is deceptive. It's a scam looking to get $20 from a bunch of fools. With the facade of helping some people find some expensive apartments. Much better options out there.

I stayed with June Homes for a couple of months in 2 units. Overall, the experience is nice. The apartments are decent, and my roommates are friendly. I would recommend this place and will consider living with June Homes again if I need to move to a location where June Homes are available. Perfect for someone who wants a flexible place to stay or wants to explore the city!

Well located,good communication all the time, willing to help any time,the apartment is in pretty good shape. Love the fact that you can choose a furnished or unfurnished bedroom.

Convenient service for ppl who don't want yearly leases and like moving around

I had a good time staying with June Homes in an apartment in Hells Kitchen in NYC. Smooth check in and very helpful support staff. I like that June Homes offers flexible short term leases and they have a good selection of apartments available, including the one I stayed in.

The apartment was neat and looked the same way it did in the photos on their website. Customer service was good. I enjoyed my stay here!

The room is as expected! It was clean when I arrived. The roommates are polite and very nice. They do cleaning and maintenance whenever needed. I’m glad I chose June Homes!
