June HomesReviews of junehomes.com

June Homes made moving to New York easy. The apartments are available in every area, so it was quick to find something that worked for me. It also helps that I don't have to find my own roommates, the whole process is faster. The apartment that I stayed in was nice, clean, and well furnished. It's in a good area with quick access to public transportation. June gives simple instructions for move in and move out, and the whole experience was easy to navigate.

I had a disappointing experience with June Homes in Washington DC. Despite their glowing reviews(fake), my personal encounter has been far from positive. They seemingly prioritize withholding security deposits and issuing questionable invoices long after move-out, leaving me without clear explanations. Be cautious when considering their services, as my summer stay turned into an ongoing financial headache.

Really good experience!! Would recommend!!

I just moved out of this awesome apartment and wanted to give it a shoutout. Super convenient location, well-kept space, and the June Homes team in charge are friendly and quick to help. If on the apartment hunt, definitely check this one out!

The check-in and check-out process was simple and the app was helpful for figuring things out. I especially appreciate how they give you a risk-free trial for a week to see if you like your new place. They were also happy to set up a tour for both of the places I was interested in. My room had plenty of space, and the bed they provided for my furnished room was very comfortable.

I recommend you do not work with these people. These people sold me a scam and they want to trap me into a contract when they delivered below expectations. 1. First and foremost they sell me a room with a 3 walk up stairs; not too good for my health. This was never in their ad 2. Secondly the room doesnf have any heater as mentioned in their ad 3. Their fridge is non functional without a regulator 4. Their Wardrobe is broken 5. Iv been here for less than a week and been complaining about their misleading ad and they want to force me to stay by intimidating me with stupid policies. Saying I must pay an over 2000 surrender fee if I am leaving earlier than the time I had wanted to leave ( I have informed my guarantors not to pay them a dime) 6. Their APP doesnt work for andriod users. 6. The house keeper literally walked in and out of the house today. It was almost as if she walked in and out. 7. They have very low security and the rooms are not locked. Anyone can just barge into your room and steal something and June Homes would take responsibility. 8. toilet and bathroom are dilapidated and rusty 9. Pans and pots are old rusted and look damaged 10. They do not provide bathroom supplies. Like toilet papers etc 11. Television is blank 12. No wash machine in buildings I have duly filed a small court claim informed my guarantors, my bank, lawyers and the landlord about this as well as provided proof. The landlord sounded shocked and said he would get back to me. I am still waiting for his response.

June homes has one of the best houses around the city. They are true with the images shown online and provide good services to their customers. I am satisfied to choose June Homes.

The June Home was fantastic. The room was immaculately clean when I arrived, and the house itself was regularly cleaned by a professional cleaning service. The customer service team was easily reachable for all issues, and were prompt in solving any maintenance requests. I would highly recommend June Homes for anyone looking for short term rentals.
