June HomesReviews of junehomes.com

Had a great experience, and would recommend!

June Homes was a very convenient option for housing when I was struggling to find an apartment for the few months I was living in New York. The cleaning service for the common areas was very helpful. The June Homes support team was also very helpful throughout my stay.

I had a great experience

It was a quick and straight forward experience to apply for an apartment. Very beautiful, newly renovated and clean apartment. Not having any say over my roommates was definitely nerve wracking at first but it turned out to be a good experience. It was really nice being on an individual lease and only really having to worry about myself, I found that because I didn't know my roommates ahead of time we actually had less issues and I feel like were more respectful of each others stuff. Having a set payment for utilities and supplies being included and shipped to the apartment was very convenient, only thing was that the paper goods weren't the best quality as you could expect and we often ran out of paper towels before getting more.

Great maintinence support and flexible splitting options as a student.

Lived in June Homes apt in NYC for 4 months, from their showing the apt to customer service support, cleaning and everything was smooth. I would highly recommend it, and I would stay with them again.

Great communication A++ recommend to students and visitors

Easy and fast process leasing!
