Excellent support
June homes have an excellent support team. I once lost my keys to the apartment and had locked myself out. I reached out to support through the June homes app and in a matter of a few minutes I had a property manager deliver a spare key.

Very easy to onboard and offboard
Very easy to onboard and offboard, lovely housemates and a great location. This was my second time with June and I will probably do it again!

Easy and affordable NYC Option
Easy booking, affordable price (especially for a last-minute stay)! This is a great option for those who are just moving to the city and don't want to rush into signing a lease. Customer Service is responsive and efficient. The room was clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, and maintenance was always responsive. I would highly recommend it!

My experience with Junehomes was great
My experience with Junehomes was smooth. I was visiting new York for a couple of months and until 2 days of my flight I did not have any plans on where I was gonna stay after my Airbnb got cancelled. Junehomes was the solution, it was quick, and easy, and I did not have to worry about my roommates criminal history as June homes already handled the vetting process and background checks. If you are visiting New York for a couple of months, and don't want to spend a fortune on a hotel room, but at the same time, don't have time to look for a room yourself (If you are lucky to find one...) then I would highly recommend June homes. Plus they are a startup, so they are doing their best to ensure a great user experience as their future depends on it.

Good prices an easy subletting experience
It was a good experience for subletting a room. Reasonably priced, the apartment was pretty large compared my friends, in a good location. June was always responsive to any concerns

Great short term stay
I needed a place to stay for about 3 months and June homes was a perfect way to find a short term lease for a cheaper price. The apartment was clean and new, June homes responded to messages within hours and fixed any issues within 2-3 days. Cleaners came by every month for common areas, and June homes did a good job with background checks for all roomates.
