JumpzyllaReviews of jumpzylla.com

Our experience with our Jumpzylla trampoline has been wonderful! Order was easy, shipping and delivery was quick. I wish there were better step by step instructions how to set it up- there were a few parts of set up that were unclear. But our overall experience has been great and we love our trampoline!

Highly Recommend this trampoline with 1 very important change! The stakes that come with it are useless. The very first wind gust after installation took the trampoline across the yard ripping the netting. Since then we have added a tie down line along with 2 cork screw stakes and that is doing the job.

I purchased this trampoline after doing a lot of research. The price plus the quality made this one a top choice for us. We've had this trampoline for about eight months now and my kids play on it almost every day. They do complain that it's not as "bouncy" as some of their friends' trampolines but I'm not sure if that's because it's a newer trampoline. They are still more than thrilled to jump on it and it keeps them entertained for hours! I only took away one star because when I first ordered the trampoline, one box was delivered and it was missing a lot of pieces. I emailed the company but never received a response. A second box was delivered a few days later with the remaining pieces so I did not pursue further but the company should be responding to emails... (there was nothing in the first box to indicate that a second box would be arriving).

We absolutely love this trampoline. It takes multiple people to put it together and definitely use the spring tool to help put the trampoline together. The only reason I am providing 4 stars, is I wish we would we have gotten the bigger trampoline. Based on the dimensions provided on the website, we went with a smaller one, but in reality it is not as big as what was described. We bought teh 12 foot trampoline and would have much rather had the bigger one, but we were concered based on needing more space for the poles. However, that is not the case.

Functions as it should. Customer service was excellent. Overall pleased with purchase.

Quality product, good put together instructions, fast shipping. The only issue we had was the smaller parts and accessories were not contained in a bag, and in shipment the box came open, and several smaller pieces were lost. The company quickly shipped out a new set of smaller pieces, but it was disappointing to have to wait and stop assembly halfway through. Overall very happy though!

Have had our trampoline for about 1.5 years now. It's withstood MN winters and 3 kids regularly using it. The bars/rods that hold the net up need to be regularly tightened, but thats not a big deal.

It is heavy duty but does not feel sturdy. My kids love it but I’m afraid to put my weight on it
