We have been pleased with our Jumpzilla trampoline. The quality is great and kids enjoy it year round. Customer Service is unmatched!

・I chose the Jumpzylla trampoline primarily for its safety features, and I am very satisfied with it; it is every bit the excellent product I had envisioned. ・However, regarding assembly, I struggled far more than I had anticipated, several times over. The individual components are large, and many steps require significant physical strength. I believe it would be quite difficult for smaller individuals or women to assemble it on their own. Furthermore, I frequently had to backtrack and redo steps after getting the sequence wrong. I think it would be highly beneficial if the product included a video guide demonstrating the most efficient assembly process from start to finish. ・ORDER #44569

15/10 best purchase for our kids and our family. It is something our kids spend time on and love and as a family we can jump together, making memories together. We are more than happy with the quality of the trampoline and all its parts. We even purchased the extended warranty and haven’t had to use it with 100’s of hours of use! Very happy with it!

Exprectations more than met with our trampoline. We were missing a few pieces when it was delivered and the replacement parts were sent out very efficiently. Easy to assemble with one or two people. Perfect size for my kiddos to get their energy out without being too big.

Shipping was fast, and although the box arrived busted, thankfully all the parts were still inside. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, and it took about an hour for two of us to put the trampoline together. This trampoline sits a little lower than our last one, but it doesn’t affect the bounce at all. The springs are nice and tight, and the jumping surface feels spacious and secure. The biggest win for us is the curved support poles for the safety net. We rough house on the trampoline, and it’s a huge relief not to slam into straight poles when someone gets pushed into the net. The curved design really makes a difference in comfort and safety. Overall, great quality, great bounce, and a smart design that works well for active families

Such a good experience with Jumpzylla! The customer service has been above and beyond every time! Several times we’ve had small issues (not their fault) and they have been quick to immediately send replacement parts no charge. Totally recommend!!
