Fairly easy assembly Grandkids love it Good exercise

Ordering and delivery were great and as expected. The trampoline is as expected. Bought for young grandchildren and we all feel they are safe while in it. Padded arms, height net and the door zips up correctly, unlike other brands. If I need another trampoline it will be Jumpzylla.

I have been very happy with the trampoline I bought from Jumpzylla. I wanted a very heavy duty trampoline that would hold up to the elements and continue to stay in great shape for many years. I have owned this trampoline for over a year now and it still looks brand new. It is very heavy duty and built well! I got exactly what I was expecting and it showed up exactly when they said it would.

Our product arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what we ordered. Our kids have really enjoyed jumping.

I ordered the Jumpzylla trampoline for my kids for Christmas on Black Friday, but unfortunately, FedEx lost it and was no help at all—even while I was driving around trying to locate the misdelivered package. I was so worried I was going to be out that money and left without a gift. Thankfully, Jumpzylla didn’t hesitate. They immediately sent out a replacement trampoline, and Christmas was saved! The trampoline itself is superior quality compared to others we’ve had. The fabric is thicker and gives a better bounce, and the frame that holds the net feels much sturdier. We absolutely love our new trampoline!

The box arrived pretty beat up from shipping and the base poles had a bunch of paint worn off. Other than that assembly went relatively easy and the kids love it. So far after 1 year it appears to be holding up to the elements of cold/heat/snow/rain we get in North Dakota.

The price is great for the quality. The only downside I’ve noticed is that you sometimes have to reconnect the netting latch to the spring but that’s if I’m nitpicking. Great product and it has been wonderful for our 6 year old and will be for years to come!

We love the sleek look of the trampoline. It shipped quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. Our kids absolutely love it and spend hours jumping. Would highly recommend.
