We were incredibly sad after our first Jumpzylla trampoline rolled over the fence into our neighbors yard during some intense winds. After discussing it with Jumpzylla’s customer service they offered a discount towards purchasing a new trampoline and we jumped on it. The quality of the materials is extremely high and the design is outstanding. All of our kids absolutely love the trampoline and we don’t feel any stress when letting them jump on it. 10/10 would recommend this brand for both quality and customer service. Would also recommend buying a kit to anchor your tramp if you live in an area that has even a possibility of experiencing high winds haha.

Awesome trampoline.

We love our trampoline. It’s sturdy and plenty bouncy right out of the box ! It’s not an eyesore in our yard I loved that we could choose the color pad we wanted and didn’t have to go with blue or green ! The black pad with black netting looks great and our son loves it.

We love our Jumpzylla trampoline! The safety in the design is unmatched and it was pretty easy for my husband and son to assemble. We bought the large one (16ft) and my kids and the neighbor kids can all jump in it safely with plenty of room to play. We also love that it’s a US based company with great customer service. We had a horrible windstorm come through the area a month after we got the trampoline. Even though we secured it with the stakes it came with, the wind still blew it into our fence and it got damaged. The trampoline really needs to be weighed down with sandbags in addition to large ground stakes. Highly recommend buying the bigger stakes and getting some sandbags. I really wished I had also purchased the storm protection warranty that Jumpzylla offers, but I reached out to the customer service team and explained the situation and they were amazing. They helped me order all of the replacement parts needed and it is brand new again. Can’t thank Jumpzylla enough!

The website and descriptions of their trampolines are spot on. Fast shipping and the trampoline was packaged very well, no missing parts or punctures. Came with everything you need for assembly a well as spare parts and a patch kit. The trampoline itself seems to be high quality materials, no rips or fray and is holding up well with heavy use and weather. Highly recommend purchasing for your little bouncers.
