The order process was very user friendly, the ship time was fast, and the set up was explained well and easy to do. Set up took less than 2 hours. With one person. Everything appears to be good quality and should last for years.

The trampoline is great ! My kids love it. We received it. Some of the parts were dented. My husband was able to make it work and there hasn’t been a problem thank God. We did reach out to customer service and did not hear back from them so that was kind of disappointing. Also, we were supposed to receive a free trampoline sprinkler and I emailed the company about three times about it never heard anything so that also was disappointing. Besides the issue with customer service the trampoline is perfect.

Wish the spring cover was cleaner around the poles for the net. Also for the price it’s just cheap looking foam around the poles.

Decided to get Jumpzylla due to high quality reviews. I will admit some parts seemed a little more thin or flimsy than I expected but much higher quality than what I could buy locally. Safety features seem very high quality. Easy set up although unfortunately the part box arrived scattered in the box and was missing one part. I was able to make shift a replacement though for one bolt. This is a high quality trampoline, especially if you can get it for a good deal.

Kids have loved the new trampoline! Online ordering was easy and delivery came fast. Communication with company was good. My only complaint (which is why I’m giving 4 stars) is that the delivery was placed up against my garage in front of a drainage spout instead of under our covered front porch when it was actively raining. Super frustrating to try to move a heavy WET box. Definitely a point for important for delivery.

One thing to note: the bounce is different. It doesn’t have quite as much tension as other trampolines I’ve been on, so you don’t jump as high. It felt a little strange at first, but we got used to it fairly quickly. Assembly was straightforward. It took two people about two hours, and the instructions were clear with step-by-step photos. I also liked that there were multiple color options for the ring mat, which is a nice touch. My one major gripe is the return policy. The website prominently mentions a 30-day return policy, which gave me the impression that returns were flexible. However, the fine print reveals that returns are only accepted for damaged or missing parts—and only if replacements can’t be provided. That distinction isn’t clearly communicated upfront and feels a bit misleading. When I reached out about a return, I was told I would need to cover return shipping—which, given the size of the product, would likely cost nearly as much as the trampoline itself. I’m not saying the company needs to change its policy, but it absolutely needs to be clearer so customers can make fully informed decisions. Overall, I’m happy with the product and the level of safety it provides, but the lack of transparency around returns is worth noting.

Trampoline is very well made and easy to construct. Pictures are a little off making the trampoline outer ring look solid, but it is soft. Had an issue with storm weather and trampoline was heavily damaged. Offered a discount for purchase of a new one, but was not much for having it less than a year.
