This is our second trampoline from Jumpzylla. The first one went flying in a storm, and unfortunately, it was bent a little too much to keep (our fault for not having it tied down well). On the first trampoline, before it got damaged in the storm, we needed a new pole, and some of the foam needed to be replaced. Customer service was AMAZING with helping us replace the parts, and very quickly. The trampoline is sturdy and held up really well. On top of that, the esthetic of the black trampoline is so nice. When we needed to get a new trampoline, there was no question where it was coming from.

Excellent quality and really straight forward and easy to put together. It seems super safe for my little ones! Excellent customer service and support! I expect we will have many years of enjoying this trampoline!

I am so glad I ordered from jumpzylla. The ASTM certification makes me as a Mom feel like my family will be safe while jumping. The higher weight limit allows Dad to jump with the kids. Our trampoline was damaged in a storm and with jumpzilla's storm warranty, a replacement was ordered right away. The customer service was exceptional.
