I was very pleased how quickly our trampoline arrived it took far less then I expected...only about 3days from ordering. I cannot speak on much more than that because we need to wait until spring to put the trampoline up.

The trampoline itself is amazing. Setup took about 2.5 hours with 3 people. Initially there was a shipping issue with Fedex; they lost one of the boxes. After speaking with JumpFlex, they were incredibly nice and helpful, and sent out the replacement box free charge (filing their own claim with Fedex, I'm sure). It's near impossible to get customer service this good anymore. Because of this delay, it took a few extra weeks to receive the final box, but that's not on JumpFlex, so still rating this 5 stars.

We LOVE our new trampoline! Ido wish I had bought a bigger one, we went with the 12ft. and with three kids it can feel crowded. We had a problem with the tie downs being lost in the mail but customer service was awesome and had a new one on the way ASAP, but unfortunately when the bag arrived it was torn and had pieces missing. Another call to customer service, again amazing, and another set was sent. The bag was torn again but all parts accounted for. (Maybe they should send it in a box) The grands are happy, we are happy! Great company, great product! Not that hard to put together IF you read the directions! Would definitely recommend, but buy the biggest one you can afford, you won’t be sorry!

We love this trampoline. It's a little more than the box stores, but well worth it. I waited till I got a notification of one specific item to be in before I ordered the whole thing. It came in multiple boxes, and didn't arrive all at once, but over the course of 4 days. Wish it came in one shipment, but honestly, it was fine. Better than huge truck shipment on a pallet. Kids are in love with the slide. Thanks! Will be ordering basketball hoop soon.

Love our new 14’ jumpflex! Came in 3 equally weighted boxes within a handful of days from our order (and right before Christmas!). Assembly went well as very well manufactured. Trampoline is fantastic - great quality and looks terrific! Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a 15' trampoline for my kids for Christmas. It came in 3 boxes that were all manageable to move around. The instructions were pretty clear, and all of the parts were there. I built it Christmas Eve night by myself in the dark using only a personal headlight. It took me about 4 hours start to finish. This trampoline is much higher quality than the ones I have seen at SAMS Club, Rural King, etc. Notes: I was surprised at how tight the top of the safety net pulls the support bars. Be careful up on a ladder installing the net because if you let the wrong thing go at the wrong time it could easily throw you off the ladder. Also, the instruction have you hook the bottom of the net to the springs after the spring pads are installed. I see why they do it that way because the spring pad is one continuous piece and HAS to be around the net before the net is installed, but next time I would leave the pad loose so it would be easier to hook the net hooks onto the springs. Putting the main frame pieces together would be much easier with two people, but I managed by myself with minimal bleeding and cussing. Suggestion: If you added a box-end wrench to the hardware package, there would be no additional tools required for assembly.
