Jumpflex TrampolinesReviews of jumpflex.com

I ordered the 14ft Jumpflex Trampoline for my 2.5 year old and she absolutely loves it! … and so do I. It arrived sooner than I thought it would, all parts included with CLEAR, easy to follow instructions. My dad and I put it together in about 4 hours , including the slide I ordered which may be her favorite part. I highly recommend using this company for your next trampoline!

Great trampoline! Extremely pleased with this product. Took about 3 hours for the two of us assemble!

I bought the 15' trampoline as a Christmas gift for my 2 kids and they love it! The trampoline is very well made and works great for adults too. The netting around the trampoline is soft to the touch, but strong enough to hold an adult up if they bounce into it. It took 2 adults about 3.5 hours to put together taking our time - the instructional video is very helpful.

One word…smooth!

I decided to get one big gift for my grandchildren who are ages 6 year old girl and 9 year old boy. I am overjoyed with this purchase.it beats all expectations. Everyone has been jumping and flipping since Christmas. Great way to keep them active. Great quality product. My son-in-law and I put it together in a few hours. Had a little difficulty with the springs because I missed the tip noted in the directions. We were trying to put the already attached sling to the D rings instead of the other way around since the initial spring is to be placed that way. Also, I purchased the basketball net accessories. Now we have to back track a little. We should have put that on before the netting. But all is well! Fabulous product!!!!

I requested a piece of hardware for replacement and received an entire new set of hardware. Above and beyond amazing customer service is my honest assessment of the response.

Great trampoline! The kids love it.

We haven't set up the trampoline yet, waiting for site work to complete. The service thus far was fine but cannot give a product review yet.
