I had a great experience ordering and receiving a trampoline and slide from Jumpflex. Their follow-up Customer Service was wonderful, and the quality of the product is excellent. I recommend them without any reservations!

Absolutely so pleased with this…
Absolutely so pleased with this trampoline and shopping experience. Shipping was so fast and my husband was able to install all by himself in a few hours! It’s also a beautiful trampoline.

Best trampoline ever
Best trampoline ever! Our children are so happy they can jump a much as they want without the mat or springs giving. Our previous trampoline was poor quality. We're so happy they love this Jumpflex trampoline! We've even jumped on it, and it's amazing!

Love that you can purchase separate parts! We were able to replace our net and the trampoline looks as good as new!

Great service
Trampoline was delivered on time and in great shape. The anchor kit was delayed by a couple of days due to a mix up in items sent. I contacted customer service and immediately my kit was sent and arrived promptly. The trampoline set up instructions were concise and within 4 hours I had it completed.(put it together by myself) Excellent quality and the grandkids love it!! Highly recommend this to anyone wanting a well made trampoline that appears to be built to last!!

We purchased the largest trampoline…
We purchased the largest trampoline with basketball hoop and the Shader for our 13yr. Old grandson for Christmas. my son worked 2 days to assemble it, he had a very difficult time getting the safety net attached, and said the basketball 🏀 hoop velcro was too small he still hasn't attached the shader. Grandson has only been able to use 1 day because of the weather but he ❤ the size so he can do flips and enjoy with cousin's and his friends. We do recommend this highly for very active kids what a great way to get them away from the electronics. Even if they are the only child. A
