This has been a great purchase for our family. I feel like the materials are all an extremely good quality and it fits perfectly in our yard. The setup did take two handy adult men about 2-3.5 hours to complete. Our original shipment was missing a spring, but Jumpflex shipped us an extra set very quickly and assured us the trampoline was okay to jump on in the interm. My kids love it and all (8-2) jump on it multiple times a day and have so much fun making memories.

This trampoline is much more sturdy than other popular brands- it’s well worth the money. Setup was pretty easy until the net- that this was insanely tough to secure but that also means it’s on there really well. The only complaint I have is that the buckles where the net connects to the mat comes undone frequently

Trampoline is awesome I’m a bigger guy and I finally can get on it and not worry the safety net and everything is fantastic your going to need two people to put it together though but recommend to anyone

I did a lot of research before buying a Jumpflex trampoline. I wanted something that had an excellent warranty, good reviews, great customer service and was aesthetically pleasing. Jumpflex hit all the marks. They also had a shade cover, which was a big factor in purchasing as well as we live in south texas and get full afternoon sun in the backyard. Since purchasing my kids have been on it everyday having a blast. The set up was long, but easy with clear instructions. Would highly recommend if you are in the market for a trampoline!

Trampoline instructions were clear and assembly was easy. Kids LOVE the trampoline. Very high quality.

Customer service has been wonderful. Our trampoline came but was missing one spring, and they responded promptly and replaced the piece quickly, at no charge, of course.

Jumpflex was great to order from. We ordered online and it was a Christmas present so it was a month later that we realized we hadn't recieved one of the boxes. We contacted Jumpflex and with no questions they sent us the missing box and had it delivered the next week!!
