Great company
Great company. They were very helpful with replacement parts for our trampoline that had been thrashed by a tornado.

Fantastic trampoline

Fantastic Customer Service!
After purchasing our JumpFlex one of the steps on the ladder became unhinged. I contacted customer service and they quickly and easily replaced the ladder due to the fantastic warranty. Very pleased with our JumpFlex experience!

Broken Zipper- Quick Fix
I had a broken zipper. I sent an email, followed up a 2nd email with pictures and I had a brand new net and zipper within 4 days. Great customer service and efficient problem solving.

Excellent trampoline experience

The trampoline is really built well
The trampoline is really built well. My grandsons really love it. I wonder if I could return the anchor kit? Thanks for a great product.
