Absolutely amazing customer service
Absolutely amazing customer service! I run a foster home.. our trampoline gets lots of play.. the zipper broke and a simple picture and was sent a replacement net. It’s held up well and is still like brand new a year later. (Zipper is made very well, was a fluke it happened )

Great products! Easy set up by myself! AMAZING and QUICK response from customer service. Wish all companies operated the way Jump Flex has. Definitely recommend this company for your trampoline needs!

JumpFlex’s customer service is amazing
JumpFlex’s customer service is amazing. I ordered some extra parts for our trampoline and Jump Flex called me to make sure that what I had ordered was correct. It wasn’t (My Mistake) they fixed the issue before it was an issue and everything came as advertised. Not to mention the quality of this trampoline is fantastic. I highly recommend Jump Flex and very glad this where we purchased our trampoline.

We received the trampoline and accessories as ordered. It is up and enjoyable to use. I was updated on the status of the shipment and when it arrived, I was notified.

Customer Service is excellent
Customer Service is excellent. I worked with Renee and she is amazing! The trampoline is the best built trampoline I have ever seen. Would highly recommend this company! The only complaint I have is delivery and that was with FedEx. I did not receive my anchors and they never found them. Due to having bad storms in our area, I ordered them elsewhere. The company did end up shipping a 2nd order; however, I had already purchased anchors elsewhere. Again, I do not believe you will find a better trampoline anywhere and you cannot beat the customer service with JumpFlex!
