Great customer service! The first shipment was misplaced by FEDEX and Jumpflex resent the parts needed to get my trampoline working.

Love this trampoline. Very well made. Easy to follow instructions. Took my husband and I a couple hours to assemble. Shipping was super fast. Better quality than anything else I have seen on the market.

Great choice! Quick complete delivery. Easy to follow instructions with pictures. Pieces organized in the box. Great quality and fun for the whole family. The net walls hook to the springs - every spring. No complaints. Very minor concern/note- my 4 year old slipped his foot under the side wall running around the inside edge and stubbed his toe on a wall or mat ring. No big deal though

We have had our jump flex trampoline for 2 years. It blew over in a large wind (I did not have it secured…) and bent 2 of the top rails. I ordered new parts and had it repaired in about 1 hour. My kids love their trampoline and I love how easy it was to set up initially and repair!

We love our trampoline! We've had it for 7 months and we are very happy with it so far. My daughter likes it because she can jump with friends and it keeps her safe from falling and spring pinches. It took 3 people a couple hours to put together. Everything you need was included in the box and the instructions were simple to understand. The ladder did break after 5 months as one of the pins broke which caused the step to slide down. However, I contacted customer service and immediately shipped us a new one for free.

The Jumpflex employee that took our order was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Packages shipped quickly and arrived in just a few days. The trampoline seems to be very well made and has held up to lots of use over the last 6 weeks.
