Great customer service. Fedex lost a slide that was an accessory we purchased for the trampoline. I reached out to Jumpflex and they shipped me another slide out that we received a few days later. Thank y'all for the help! Kids love it.

Love my new trampoline . This is my second jump flex the first one I had for five years used it heavily and it was still like new. The only reason I had to get a new one was because we had major wind storm with a hundred mile an hour winds which pulled the trampoline (which was staked down) out of the ground and dropped it on top our garage. Overall a great trampoline with really nice bounce and the best safety nets of any trampoline couldn't be more pleased. Also my daughter and her cousins use it a lot, but I got it for me I'm a plus two hundred pounds jumper who uses this a whole lot . So not just great for kids. Awesome and fun way for adults to get in shape as well.

Great fun for the entire family, especially my three-year-old granddaughter. Instructions were easy to follow; however, a little difficult trying to assemble by myself. Needed a helping hand with the sidewall netting. I was always exhausted have connecting the 100 springs a second time for the side webbing, but it makes the unit perfectly safe for smaller (and big) kids. Very impressed with the quality and the safety features.
