The ordering process was easy
The ordering process was easy . Shipment was faster then expected, which is always a good thing . I had to call customer service for a couple of questions while waiting for our trampoline, they responded quickly and helped answer my questions. We just assembled the trampoline and it was pretty easy as they said it would be. Grandson loves it . Very good quality. Thanks to the jump flex team .

The trampoline is awesome the kids love…
The trampoline is awesome the kids love it. They even managed to break the basketball goal and I called to buy a new one and it was sent out with no charge. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Trampoline, Great Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service once you get ahold of someone. They will work with you to resolve the issue. Incredibly friendly and helpful customer service staff.

2 days after putting it up the sleeves ripped
2 days after putting it up the sleeves on the pole pulling the net ripped. My 3 yrs old jumps on it) Contacted costumer service they replied asking if it was the sleeve that I was referring to but didn't get that email until a week ago( it was buried in my junk e-mail) I replied back and haven't heard since ( 6 days ago) I wish I could upload a picture I don't have that option. Update: they did get back to me eventually and they have replaced the sleeves. Thank you for following up. Mostly, thank you for being honest!
