Actually awesome delivery time n awesome easy instructions and set And my girls love it and the basketball 🏀 addition wish the slide wasn't out of stock or had a timeline of when it be back in stock so we can order it as well.

Best decision I’ve made in a long time
Best decision I’ve made in a long time! Or should I say best decision for my kids sake! They are super active and this is the answer to get the wiggles out while enjoying every second life has to offer! Plus when the kids get worn out I sneak out and get to be a big kid all over again!

Trampolines are great and the customer…
Trampolines are great and the customer support team is fantastic and very responsive. I had an issue with assembly and also a warranty claim and they resolved my issue within 24 hrs of reaching out to them.

Years of FUN!!
I ordered the 15ft Jumpflex trampoline and so far it has not let my family down. The instructions are clear and concise for a flawless install, shipping was fast and the boxes were clearly labeled. So far my family has enjoyed jumping and camping on the Jumpflex and the sturdiness of the product. We have had other brands of trampolines in the past, but this one is simply the BEST! GOTTA GET A JUMPFLEX!!!

Worth the cost for better quality
This is a great product. Strong materials. Well made. Sturdy. Relatively easy assembly. It can withstand my rowdy kids (and my husband). With the anchoring kit, it holds up under the high winds in our area. My kids absolutely love this trampoline! It's worth the cost for the quality. Shipment, hardware, instructions... all without incident. Highly recommend.
