Jumpflex TrampolinesReviews of jumpflex.com

awesome! received 3 boxes and each said "1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3" which was very helpful since reading that I could get multiple shipments. Perfect! Assembly - no problem at all. The netting, the jump flex, the security of it - absolutely top notch. Every penny - worth it... thank you for providing this product.

I had a safety net that was failing around the zipper. Jumpflex sent me a new one at no charge and super fast! Thank you!!

It has been a pleasant experience with my order from Jumpflex. The trampoline arrived as planned, but the Anchor Kit was missing. Customer Service has been very prompt with follow-up, and all to whom I spoke were very nice and professional. They have responded to my emails in a timely manner. Thinking that the kit might have been lost by carrier, the customer service representative placed another order at no additional expense and said it should be delivered in five to ten working days. We are very pleased with the trampoline! I would definitely recommend Jumpflex to others.

Easy to put together. It took about 3 hours from open box to first jump with 3 adults assembling. Very happy with our purchase!

Clear and way instruction, really well made and sturdy! Our boys love it!

Shipping is was way faster than they said. I ordered the trampoline on Sunday and I received it Tuesday morning. I was expecting Friday or the following Monday!

Had an issue with my frame which is under a year year warranty. I called up, emailed the requested pictures, zero hassle and part was sent it immediately.

Fast shipping and awesome product. Should be the last trampoline we ever need!
