Excellent customer service!!!

Fantastic service. Trampoline and accessories are holding up very well to almost everyday use by 24 neighborhood kids. Lol. We had an issue with the zipper failing on the safety net but once I contacted support they shipped out a replacement net immediately free of charge. Thank you for such great customer support/service.

Tremendous Support Experience!!! Our family lost use of our FLEX150 after it cushioned the fall of tree blown down in a windstorm. It was extremely easy to identify and order the replacement parts needed to rebuild from the "PARTS" tab on jumpflex.com. The cost of parts and shipping were very reasonable and much less than I was expecting to pay. The kids were back jumping on the trampoline less than a week after the windstorm. Easy to find parts and place an order, excellent communication, lightning fast shipping - a great customer support experience all around - thank you, Jumpflex!!!

Bought for my grandchildren for Christmas. It was easy to put together and delivery was fast. They love the trampoline and are on it everyday. It is well made and I am very happy with the purchase.

We had a couple netting poles damaged by icing. And they replaced at NO cost asap ! Great job Thanks

When my son’s basketball hoop attachment broke he was devastated. I contacted the company to see what the replacement part cost would be and instead of sending a part or charging me for anything they sent a whole new basketball hoop attachment free of charge. I have one happy boy who’s ready for the summer season on his awesome jump flex trampoline.

So well designed! This is worlds better than the other trampolines we’ve purchased. Hope it lasts a long time! Our boys love it and are looking forward to the hose accessory to be back in stock too!
