Customer service was excellent especially since I could not recall the date of purchase. They were able to find the information and insured we were under warranty for our safety net. They didn't even hesitate to help. Shipping was wonderful and it even arrived earlier than expected. This company honors all their warranties and is very helpful. I appreciate their dedication and helpfulness and we will never buy a trampoline from anywhere else. Its lasted for several years with pretty much 24/7 use in the summer and off and on in the winter. The zipper issues was just ware and tear and not a defect. Plus little kids x 3 doesn't always help. Netting has held up to crazy kids, crazy dogs and crazy husband. Love their products.

Researched trampolines extensively. Really happy with the Jumpflex. Very sturdy design, and the only one I found with a sunshade. Highly recomend.

This has been a pleasant experience so far. I was helped out through email after a storm damaged my jumpflex trampoline. I have not received the parts yet due to being on backorder but the ordering process has been easy. I hope to see the parts soon and be back up and jumping. Thank you.

This is an excellent trampoline. It arrived much earlier than expected. Setup was easy, all you have to do is watch the videos online and get to it. The other kids in the neighborhood were impressed with the quality and the bounce. I got tired of buying the cheap trampolines that need replaced every few years. I highly recommend this company.

Everything was perfect. Easy ordering, fast delivery. Set up definitely required two people as mentioned in the instructions. Instructions were detailed. Took about 2 hours for set-up. We accidentally over tightened a couple washers and they broke (our fault), we called Jumpflex and we had replacements with in 3 days at our door free of charge. Great company with great customer service. It really is such a great trampoline. The whole family loves it. The quality far exceeds anything else you will purchase.
