Excellent customer service

Excellent product with a true backed up warranty. Had a couple of bent safety net poles and all I had to do was sent a couple of pictures. Very few businesses will stand behind their product these days. Jumpflex is true to their word. Worth every penny I invested.

Love this trampoline! Can’t wait to get the slide!

Quality. Hands down one of the best on the market. Price is honest for what you get. Not cheap but there are far more expensive options out there. The vinyl sleeves over the poles, catch netting and even the color combo (black and green) add quality and attractiveness to the overall presentation of the trampoline. I assembled it myself in under 3 hours (15 foot unit) and the kids were on it immediately along with myself. I would say I'd buy again, but with the warranty and overall quality, this piece will outlast the kid's usage and attention span. Happy to own it. Highly recommend!
