Jumpflex TrampolinesReviews of jumpflex.com

Got this for the family a few weeks ago. Did my research due to the market being saturated with terrible trampolines that fall apart in a year or so I wanted more from my next one. Pros so far it really looks great, it’s solid, it got to us pretty quickly and in almost perfect shape, it’s quieter than any others I’ve been around for now, the net is high quality and softer than any I’ve seen. Cons so far it’s not the easiest thing to put together but it’s doable for sure, the ladder has a bit more flex than I like to see. That’s all I’ve got so far honestly we shall see how long it stays in great shape. I’ve always been a you get what you pay for type of guy and I’m have a good felling I’ll be happy in a few years with the decision to spend more on this. Great job on the team on putting this together only thing I would add to your package is some high quality ground anchors.

Great product, quick delivery, lots of fun for kids.

Awesome quality trampoline! We love it so much!

Did a bunch of research and picked Jumpflex for my jump crazy daughter. Hopped online and used the chat feature, rep was prompt and helpful. Have recommended to several friends.

Ordered the slide accessory - big hit with the kids. Easy to install

We finally transformed our overgrown, weed filled, backyard to an oasis with new patio, pergola and trampoline. We originally thought about getting one of those springless trampolines but decided we wanted a traditional bounce. Looking around we saw so many that we started looking for the best rated and found Jumpflex. When laying out our backyard we felt like a 14' trampoline would work best and it sure has! In addition to the trampoline we purchased the sunshade which has been great as our backyard doesn't have much shade. Overall it has been a great hit and held up nicely over the first couple of months of use. We've had many kids jumping at once as well as a few adults. The one con, thus far, is the safety net enclosure bottom connectors come off occasionally from the spring/frame. Its no biggie but does take time to place back.

It was very simple to assemble. My friend and I got it done in an afternoon. He remarked that it was of higher quality and sturdier that others he has seen. It does have to be assembled exactly as the instructions state, otherwise the net support poles won’t hold up as designed. We are very satisfied and our daughter absolutely loves it. I am glad I did the research!

Perfect trampoline. Great customer service. Wouldn’t buy any other brand. Solid, safe and fun.
