So far it has been great
So far it has been great. The top cover is not what we were expecting though. It’s awfully small for the 15 foot trampoline.

The trampoline is great and well made
The trampoline is great and well made. Fairly easy to put together. I ordered the anchor set and no straps were included - still waiting to hear from customer service. Also, the spring tool has a very small/thin grip and for people with big hands, makes it hard to hold and digs into fingers. Otherwise, great product. Little on expensive side but worth it.

This product is truly built like a…
This product is truly built like a tank. I bought the 12’ model and fits perfect in my yard. All the safety issues I have with a trampoline are covered. All my grandkids can’t wait until the next day to use this trampoline. And it’s a very good excercise technique for them to learn for proper balance. Well worth the price for a quality product. May need two people to put together for us seniors.

Delivery was quick, but notification was poor
Delivery was quick. I docked 1 star because when it shipped, the email said it would be a delivery of 3 of 3 boxes. When I only received 2 boxes I started freaking because I thought one was lost. I received an email from Jumpflex saying 3 of 3 boxes had been delivered. When I went to the original email notification that my items had shipped so that I could get the number for customer service, I noticed that there was another tracking number. I clicked on it and it was for the 3rd box, which was scheduled to be delivered the next day. I did eventually receive all the ordered items, but the shipping communication was poor.

Product arrive with minimal damage to…
Product arrive with minimal damage to the outside boxes and came in a timely manner. I have had it assembled for 1 week now with no issue from the product I added 700lb of sand to the legs as my area has wind in excess of 40+ mph and the ground hasnt thawed enough to install anchors. I a 350+ pound man have jumped on it with my kids and we like our purchase.

everything looks
everything looks have arrive, the box has little hole in it but what can see no hole in trapolein only not having accessories in stock slide and water striker was my disappointment i wont know anything else to snow is gone to put together

Quality trampoline, subpar packaging
All parts were in the boxes, but was not neatly packed. Some parts were packaged nicely while others were not. For example, some of the poles were in 1 box neatly packaged while others of the same type were in a different box just laying in it. There were some scratches and missing paint on the black parts. But it is a trampoline and will be exposed to the elements and my kids. Overall I am satisfied. I put it together myself and it took me 2 evenings. It seems very sturdy, safe, and is nice looking
