Ordering and shipping process was quick and easy. I wish they had the basketball attachment but hopefully that comes in soon. The box arrived soaking wet as were the contents so the shipping courier did not protect the product very well.

As far as the trampoline goes : 5 stars - it is really great quality and sturdy. Looks great in the yard and not junky like most other brands. Really happy with it and impressed I gave 4 stars because of shipping - they don’t ship to Alaska and it turned into a nightmare trying to get it up here .. I shipped it to my moms house in Florida first and thought oh no big deal shipping it the rest of the way.... yes .big deal... 1800 dollar quote for shipping ... then only because my dad has an account for a business we got it down to $920 for shipping ... yes I paid it .. ugh.. i don’t understand why you can ship to washington and can’t ship it one more flight to alaska.... this is 2022 ... figure it out!!

Update: Jumpflex customer Service went above and beyond!! We were expecting for the resolution to be that our card would be refunded until parts were available and shipped. Instead, we were notified within 48 hours that as the weld break was a manufacturing issue, the cost of the replacement parts would be covered. Original review: We have had recent issues with the quality of the welds on the frame. The customer support team was great and sent us new frame post pieces. When we went to reassembly the frame we noticed that there were 3 more welds we didn't notice were completely popped off. This was dissappointing. We ordered replacement pieces end of May which are backordered and still have not shipped. However, my credit card has been charged. So workmanship and charging for product not yet shipped are reason for initial poor review. See update above for Jumpflex response which was top notch and handled very sincerely. We have changed our rating to reflect.

It arrived very quickly. The directions made assembly easy.

We love this trampoline. We love having the sun canopy. My kids love it. Niece and nephew love it…. Only buyer beware: take out earrings. My daughter has had TWO earrings ripped out of her ears now jumping and falling into the netting - even the smallest stud got pulled out.

The net was the hardest thing to put on it was almost impossible really tight fit when looking at the trampoline from a distance you can see a few of the net bars are not straight because of the net being so tight they lean to the left

The trampoline is wonderful! Unfortunately two parts were defective, called customer service. They were very accommodating and ordered new parts, first part came…wrong part, haven’t seen the second part yet after several weeks. Even with these issues I would still recommend this trampoline, it’s awesome!

My kids love the trampoline I like the structure of it I like the colors of it everything went fine I got actually the trampoline and accessories very quick the only problem was the anchor kit took like two weeks 2 1/2 weeks to get in and this was an Easter gift for the kids so they wanted it up and shortly after I put it up we had storms coming through so I had to go buy sandbags to put on it because I was afraid of the 40 50mile an hour wind moving it around other than that your customer service is great thank you
