The pieces did not fit together where the welds are located. We had to hammer the pieces over the welds. Very disappointed for the money paid for this product. Lets talk about the sunshade. What is the sense of having one, if you can not leave it on 24/7. I would never buy this trampoline again!!

Missing the pj connect!!! Update - we did get a replacement, thank you jumpflex. Still was disheartening for the birthday kid having to wait an extra two weeks to enjoy the gift.

Product came damaged

Really cool trampoline so far the kids love it, however I have to keep reattaching the safety net clips over and over again on the bottom because they come undone as they jump

I’ve had too many problems with this order not quite happy with the quality of everything either. Have to keep contacting company every time something is wrong and we have had it for only a few months. It was originally a Christmas gift but wasn’t able to be ready for Christmas due to missing springs and pole covers being damaged. Once we got the new and missing items shipped to us. We were adding the missing springs and We noticed that all the drings were coming detached from the net… that keeps your children safe lol. One d ring on the trampoline was actually torn.. and no one had jumped on the trampoline other than my 26lb daughter. Contacted the company yet again to inform them of this issue and I was sent a YouTube link of how you should fix it or put it together originally… not stated in the directions about a link or a change in how to install.. I ordered the basketball goal and slide and stakes with my Christmas order we have yet to open them yet. Weather has been a bit cold and I need help taking the trampoline basically apart again to rebuild it for the net purposes. Company reimbursement me $100 due to the issues I had which I appreciated but I think I may have been better off getting a Walmart or academy trampoline. I always try to get the best of the best for my kids mainly safety wise and wasn’t to impressed.

I googled Trampoline made in the USA because I specifically wanted to support the USA and also not have something shipped from overseas and an advertisement came up on the right side and it said "Trampoline United States" a jumpflex ad. Then you click on their website and they have USA in the top RIGHT next to their name, it says Jumpflex with a USA shield, then on the right side they have an American flag in the right corner. ALL the boxes arrived saying "made in CCP (Communist China Party!!!!!" They said they can't do anything about how google, its out of their control. I own a business I know google doesn't put an add for free for your business I know that you have to give key words to show up. I'm giving 3 stars because the trampoline is nice I just feel it was misleading the way it is advertised. I will start this review by stating that my kids love it. However, day 2 of the basketball attachment being placed, one of the rods broke. When I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing a replacement rod, I was told that I would have to by a new basketball hoop attachment. After spending nearly $1000K, who wants to spend anything else.

Easy to order, but was unable to cancel a second order. Returns require unopened packages, photos of unopened packages, and return tracking information sent to Jumpflex. No return label is offered.
