Jumpflex TrampolinesReviews of jumpflex.com

Fantastic customer service. Zero complaints

They where quick and fast to replace my parts!

This is the second trampoline I've bought and the quality is amazing. My kids love it and it works great!

Easy to order. Shipped fast. Great trampoline. Zero complaints. And when we had a unique problem that was of our own doing, customer service was awesome. We learned about Jumpflex from friends, and we're really glad we went with them.

I sent jumpflex an email about an issue with our flex sleeves and within 5 days a replacement was sent free of charge. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a trampoline.

We had a hole in our mat and the netting had torn. Luckily we have a warranty on it! Customer service was great and we got a new one sent within a couple days!

Couldn't be happier with this purchase and the product support received. Purchased shortly after moving to new neighborhood. Our backyard instantly became the hangout for our kids and their friends because of this trampoline. The quality of these trampolines fill me with confidence that our kids and their friends can play safely.

Very well built, sturdy. Set up wasn't hard with 2 people but I wouldn't want to try that solo. Kids love it!
