I was proposed a call after just a couple of email. As soon as the agent handling my case understood that it would take a bit of time, she offered a personalised assistance. She was then as patient as she was efficient.

Jumbo did not work during the trial period. There was no ability to cancel the product. Zero contact information called the credit card company and both read online what actions to take. The action listed was to fully activate the product. The credit card company told me to delete the app which I did. Clarifying that the service was never used. The charge at that time was $110.24. This same company is now charging $99.99. And, I see from this experience page that many have had exactly the same issue. This has been in process of dispute since November 2021. JumboPro is insisting I pay for a product that was never used and has documented problems with potential customer being able to cancel the product in the trial period.

The easiest way to prevent this is to cancel the subscription which must be done from within the app. To do so, you just need to make sure your subscription is active in the app so we know who is cancelling. Hi. I just wanted to say that this company was very swift at returning my money when asked. I couldn't figure out how to cancel before trial ended therefore, got charged. They Immediately gave me a refund without a hassle! Another company did a bait and switch and would not return my money. A breath of fresh air. I am looking forward to getting this product in the future.

I give JUMBO 5 BIG stars & wanna say it does EVERYTHING it says it will do & MORE.. I I only used it for the trial period but I LOVED IT. I had NO problems @ all with canceling my subscription either.. They responded the very next day.. I believe these people that work for jumbo are VERY dedicated 2 their jobs & I 4 one appreciate that in them.. THANK YOU JUMBO TEAM.. U GUYS ROCK‼️😎

By far, the best customer service I have received! Just email/reach out to them & you'll get a response within a day. I only expected to solve the issue via email. Instead, the team went out of their way to schedule a Zoom call. I thought only a representative would be present. To my surprise, an engineer was also present. During the virtual meeting, I shared my screen and they helped me through everything— from addressing the problem, to finding solutions, and more. What was nice is that their way of solving the problem wasn't linear nor restricted. Additionally, they focused on addressing the problem and was able to think of multiple solutions during the call. Their instructions were easy to understand and follow. They were all so kind!

I have been having trouble with my iPhone ever since I got it 3 years ago and it has turned my life upside down. After having an android phone all my life I feel violated in so many ways. I don’t know if there is some kind of program in the iPhone to track and even as far as linking my phone to the navigation system on my Lexus that eventually stopped my vehicle in the middle of the freeway and falsely trying to charge me with a dui. I had no idea what was going on but thanks to Jumbo I’m starting to figure it all out. There is a lot more that has happened to totally violate my civil rights and it has caused extreme hardship on my life which I’m not going to stop until I get justice. But Thank you to Jumbo I’ve been able to start to solve this problem that I wish on nobody!
