Amazing customer service, 10/10. I accidently subscribed and could not afford it and they were great about helping me get my refund.

I am using Jumbo Privacy App for a few years already and am really satisfied with everything the app provides. I feel much safer, especially with regard to my social media profiles. However, the reason why I can recommend the app is the exellent customer service. Whenever I run into issues I write an email and can be sure to receive a helpful answer within minutes, no matter if is Monday morning or Sunday evening. Thank you!

I uninstalled the app before the end of the trial period but got charged after the end of the trial. It was not the proper way to end the subsciption. After I reached out to the support team I was refunded without any problem
