The opportunity this app provides for is excellent at stoping online personal data scalping companies. One day I got a report that it had stopped 476 other online attempts to get my "Cache"! Everyday was similar, 250 one day, 120 the next... For the price, convenience & peace of mind, this app is great.

Jumbo continues to provide intelligent, personable customer service that meets me where I am (tech explanations may need to be in first gear, problem solving can be in 5th). When I reach out for support, I get the sense that a human is behind the response. There is little to no cutting and pasting. Their answers match my questions, including open ended or questions that include several possible conclusions. Plus, fast. When I have a question about a data leak they’ve found, I don’t want to burn adrenaline waiting for an answer.
