In a time where privacy has become paramount, people want to know that not only the product works but that there's a quick response time to any issues or concerns regarding the product. I was given a full response where in the team was polite and informative. The response and how quickly I received it definitely receives a 5/5, I'm satisfied with the services Jumbo provides and I hope the team keeps up the good work.

Firstly I have got to say that the “JUMBO” app, without a doubt is THE BEST, for many reasons. It 100% keeps me safe online 24/7/365, which these days are PARAMOUNT. Twice I’ve had issues with watching certain videos on my iPhone and I asked for some help and advice and I literally instantly got a reply with help and advice and not only that, but the CEO and FOUNDER, Pierre, actually took the time to email me to check that my issues had been resolved. The customer care and service is just second to none! Extremely fast and they explain everything in detail to me, who is honestly someone who’s not that “tech savvy!” Especially in times like these where there’s so much hacking and compromising going on online, I know that by purchasing this AMAZING app, all of my online purchasing, scrolling and personal details are 100% AT ALL TIMES- SECURE!!! That for me, is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! So if any of you are just not sure about this company, you genuinely have NOTHING to worry about. In fact I’d say that you should be worried IF you don’t have JUMBO!!! They’re extremely reliable, trustworthy and they’re DEFINITELY the BEST security app out there... WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT!!! I was having an issue with the VPN portion of the Jumbo application and my iPhone. Once tech support at AT&T and Apple gave me no hope except to do a clean install of my phone. Looking at my settings one last time before the wipe, I noticed that a VPN was active and defeated it. My device then worked perfectly. I reached out to Jumbo to tell them of my issue, and they responded immediately, told me there was an issue, and that a fix was in the works. This happened within 15 minutes of my email contact was sent. I am pretty blown away with this kind of response. I have decided that I I will work with their team to see if we can get Jumbo running on my device as soon as possible. I'm looking forward to using their service! Call me impressed!

Jumbo is a dream for tech support I’m new to the app already I’d been trying to straighten out conflict over charges Not due to their service I mispelled my email. They have gone above and beyond to rectify something that was my mistake. They definitely work with you the customer and I have excellent protection for my privacy. Their a blessing. Thanks y’all. You love Facebook to talk with friends, linkedin to keep ni touch with collegues and Google for eveything else. BUT you HATE being followed online. then Jumbo is right for you. They take care of your onlion privacy on the background. Five minutes set-up and your reputation is protected !
